Strategic Maritime Solutions (SMS) Corp. is a non-exclusive management and technical consulting, and specialized training organization, with the impartiality, independence, competence, and integrity required for the provision of its services. Formerly AMTEK Consulting, a single proprietorship established in 1999, Strategic Maritime Solutions (SMS) Corp. was incorporated on 1st July 2020, heeding the call for a more diverse quality maritime services, streamlined and optimized for excellence, efficiency, and reliability.
Who we are
SMS Corp. is an independent consultancy organization providing solutions for ships and shipping management in the field of maritime safety, maritime security, maritime occupational safety and health, and environmental protection. Our team members are recognized industry leaders in all our fields of activity with solid reputation anchored on integrity and competence.

When dealing with issues related to compliance to maritime safety and environmental regulations, safety and security management systems, risk management, marine accident investigation, or even port state control interventions and remedies, our team’s technical expertise and hands-on experience can support your needs in an effective and timely manner with great results for your bottom line. We also provide dry-docking and repair, new building, hull and machinery survey, and superintendency services anywhere in the world.
